Step 1
I Get To Know Your Business
This stage is free. You do not pay anything. I just collect basic information about your future business:

• What services will you offer first?
• Where do you want to work?
• Are you ready to travel? How far?
• Are you new or do you have experience?
• Do you have photos or examples of your work?
• Do you need a licence or certificate?
• What is your goal? Fast money or long-term growth?
You do not need to understand marketing.
You do not need to know your target clients.
That is my job.
After this, I prepare a short market review and your target audience. I check the competition in your area. I look at prices and demand. I find mistakes your competitors make. I define your strong points and the best way to position your business in the market.

Step 2
Your Business Setup
You can choose only the services you need!

• ABN Registration (if needed) – $80
I register your ABN.
Once completed, I send you the confirmation and invoice.

• I Create Your Business Name + Register Matching Domain For Your Website – $150
I create 3 strong business name ideas for you.
You choose the one you like.
Then I register the matching domain (.com / .com.au / .au) so your name is secured online.
Once confirmed, I send the result and invoice.

• Unique Logo Design + Slogan (Ready to Use) – $90
I create your logo and a short slogan.
Once approved by you, I send the final files and invoice.

• Full Technical Setup – $220
Business name services connected, DNS setup, accounts created and working properly.
Once everything is fully connected and running, I send confirmation and invoice.

• Business Cards – Design & Print – $190
Design + printing included.
After you approve the design, prepayment is required before printing.

Step 3
Your Business Online Presence
You can choose only the services you need!

• Website setup (desktop + mobile) – $700 (50% prepay)
Clear explanation of what you do, strong positioning, services & contact pages, basic SEO settings.

• Google Business email setup (+ Google Workspace) – $200 (50% prepay)
​
• Google Maps profile setup – $400 (50% prepay)
​
• Social media business profiles setup – $400
​
All accounts are connected and tested before completion.

Step 4
Systems & Paperwork
You can choose only the services you need!
• Quote Template – $50
Branded, ready-to-send template for your customers (in accordance with NSW legislation).
Once approved, payment is made by invoice.

• Invoice Template – $50
Professional invoice with clear payment terms (in accordance with NSW legislation).
Once approved, payment is made by invoice.
​
• Warranty / Guarantee Documents – $100
Prepared in line with applicable regulations (in accordance with NSW legislation).
Once approved, payment is made by invoice.
​
• Business Insurance Setup – $300 (100% prepay)
Full insurance setup so your business can operate legally and safely (in accordance with NSW legislation).

Step 5
CRM Set Up and Advertising Strategy
CRM Setup (leads, jobs, customers) – $650 (HubSpot or Soho)

+ I prepare a personalised advertising and marketing strategy for your business.
This includes where to advertise, how to position your services, what budget to start with, and which platforms will bring real customers.

Third-Party Costs & Data Transfer
Some services require payment to external providers. These payments are made directly to the platform companies, not to me.

At the first stage, I connect all required services using my card to complete the setup quickly.
Once everything is ready, I transfer full access to you and you update the payment details to your own card.

All accounts are created in your name and belong to you!
​
Approximate costs:
• Domain registration – approx. $30 per year
• Website platform (hosting) – approx. $40 per month
• Google Workspace (business email) – approx. $20 per month
• Insurance – approx. $50 per month
• Advertising budget (if running ads) – flexible, based on your choice.

Aftercare
Your business does not end when the project is finished! After everything is set up, I stay available for you. If you have questions, need advice, or something needs adjustment — you can contact me.

To complete registrations such as ABN, business name, domain ownership, Google accounts and other required services, I may need to collect certain personal and business details from you.
This may include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, identification details, and business information — only when legally required for official registrations.
All data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), which regulate how personal information must be collected, used, stored and disclosed in Australia.
Under these principles:
• Personal information is collected only when necessary for a specific purpose
• Information is used only for the purpose it was collected for
• You have the right to access and request correction of your information
• Data must be stored securely and protected from misuse or unauthorised access
• Information is shared only when legally required to complete your service (for example with ABR, ASIC, Google or domain registrars)
Your information is never sold, used for marketing, or shared for unrelated purposes.
All accounts are created in your name and belong to you.
